21 Pell Street is an unincorporated community organization operated by Chinatown Organization For Media Awakening (COMA), 501c3, and community volunteers. Administrative responsibilities for all activities is handled by Vic Huey (President - COMA) . 21 Pell Street has been been serving the community with monthly movies and live performances and building asian heritage/culture events since 2016.
