THEFCACDST and Dr. Yolanda Cares

The Federal City Alumnae Chapter (FCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Dr. Yolanda Cares Foundation (DYCF) are non-profit (501c3) organizations that share a common mission to serve the Washington, D.C. community through education, the arts, and activism with an overall purpose to uplift the Black community. Together, their efforts help inform families about practices and resources that positively impact behaviors aimed at improving health management and preventing disease toward the goal of reducing health disparities in at-risk communities.
