The Fourth Bluff Project
The Fourth Bluff Project is initiative that seeks to revitalize and connect public spaces is Mempis— Cossitt Library, Memphis Park, Mississipi River Park (riverside dr.) and the Promenade — to bring together people from different backgrounds, as a means to counter the economic and social issues in American cities. We believe that when people are more connected to their city, they are more connected to each other, and that communities become safer, stronger, and healthier as a result. Everything being done at the Fourth Bluff is focused on this belief. It will be a beautiful stage for community-driven programming and a well-designed space to enjoy no matter the occasion.
One of the first tasks is to speak with people who live, work, and play downtown. We want to know how you currently use these spaces, and what would need to happen for you to use the spaces even more. We want to hear from you.
