Irina K Fitness
I am Irina an the founder of Irina K Fitness, a personal coach, based in central London and a specialist in Reformer Pilates, movement, and body transformation.
With a background as an ex-gymnast trained in the former Soviet Union, I developed a deep understanding of how the body moves, stretches, and strengthens. My training approach focuses on precision of movement, posture, mobility, and core strength, helping my clients improve the way their bodies feel and function.
I have created my own Irina K Fitness Method, where I combine Pilates, strength training, mobility work, and gymnastic-based stretching routines to help people achieve lasting results. I pay a close attention to detail in movement, to ensure every exercise is performed correctly so my clients get the maximum benefit from their time and effort.
I have been training with professionals, athletes, models, and busy individuals across central London who want to feel stronger, move better, and improve both physical and mental wellbeing. I believe that with the right guidance, consistency, and balanced lifestyle, anyone can become fitter, healthier, and more confident.
In my Reformer Pilates and movement classes, I help people build a stronger core, improve posture, relieve tension in the body, and feel happy and strong after every session.
