Andi Salcedo
Andi is a leadership and executive coach, and the founder of Momtoring — a community built for working mothers who are excellent at their jobs, present for their kids, and quietly running on empty somewhere in between.
She has spent 13 years in senior marketing and business leadership at Procter & Gamble and PayPal, and the past eight years as a lead coach with BetterUp and Torch — working with executives, senior leaders, and high-potential women across Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations. She holds an ICF PCC credential and brings 8+ years of coaching experience to every room she creates.
Through Momtoring, Andi hosts events designed specifically for working mothers navigating leadership, ambition, and the invisible load that never quite makes it onto the agenda. Her gatherings — including The Edit — are part conversation, part coaching, and entirely free of the pressure to pretend you have it all figured out. These are rooms where the real stuff gets named: the career decisions, the mental load, the leadership transitions, and the particular exhaustion of being the person everyone relies on.
Her mission is simple: to give working mothers the space, tools, and community they need to lead well — at work and at home — without burning down in the process.
