Wildflower Meadery
Most people have never had mead. Wildflower Meadery exists to change that.
Based in Buffalo, NY, we craft honey wine that starts where you are, light, crisp, and easy to love, and rewards you as your palate grows. Our meads typically run dry to off-dry, built for people who want something real in their glass without needing a wine course to enjoy it.
We source eco-friendly local honey and take the craft seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously. Mead has been around for thousands of years. We're just giving it a little sting.
Come find us at our tasting room in Buffalo at the Niagara Food Terminal, open Sundays 12–5pm and Mondays 4–8:30pm.
