Matcha Made Right began with the first bowl of matcha Hiroko’s grandmother whisked for her in Japan, where she learned traditional tea ceremony and the deep flavor of matcha. Our workshops share that foundation with baristas, café enthusiasts, and beginners alike: understanding matcha’s flavor profiles and origins, learning practical whisking and preparation techniques, and touching briefly on the traditions that shaped matcha through history. The aim is simple — to help people make and enjoy truly great matcha and matcha lattes.
