I am a Zen Yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. I have been organizing retreats, courses and workshops in Greece and in the UK since 2014. I created the Zen Yoga Studio in Zakynthos as a base for sharing Zen Yoga practice. The events I host provide an intimate and atmospheric space to develop practice. One of my greatest pleasures is helping others find their path and connect with their joy, enabling them to continue their practice in their own daily lives.
