Hannah Maude is a LinkedIn Top Voice and business leader who is on a mission to get the workforce AI-Ready.

Fire and Forte began as a project celebrating women doing incredible things over the age of 40, fired up by purpose, expertise and strength.

Learning all about AI was imperative but it soon became apparent as Hannah built new skills that not everyone had the time or access to relevant AI skills. Courses and events tended to be technical or hypothetical - there needed to be a better solution to ensure busy leaders from every sector could understand what meant to them and their organisations.

Women are under-represented in AI, but with AI being a general purpose technology like the internet, everyone needs to understand it.

This opens up the opportunity for women in every area of society to learn AI and to be part of it - not left behind.

AI Changemakers is a program that builds the change champions every sector needs. It combines transformation best practice with AI literacy and tried and tested methods to drive AI adoption.

Hannah has partnered with Microsoft Reactor for quarterly events in Sydney, along with Canva, Snowflake, Accenture and VCCP for events in both Sydney and London.

She works with corporate clients to build AI-Ready teams after a career in CPG and Retail at companies including Sainsbury's, Unilever and Diageo.
