The Hays County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) promotes sound soil and water conservation programs on farms and ranchlands within the district. With headquarters in San Marcos, Texas, the District also serves as a voice for farmers and ranchers on conservation matters. We offer educational events to the public.
