Hilary Patterson
Hilary comes with more than your typical pilot career coach. She is a pilot career coach, not because she just “flew an airplane and interviewed a couple pilots along the way” and now she’s an expert. She has a more well rounded background. She was a CFII at 18, a 141 check instructor, 141 assistant chief instructor, 135 pilot, pilot recruiter for 121, 135, passenger and cargo airlines. She has conducted thousands of pilot and other aviation interviews. She was an executive at a 121 airline, managed an HR department at a 121 airline and is a USAF Veteran.
Most importantly she has a passion for aviation and what she does. So if you want some sound, well rounded, and objective advice, she is your person. She began her aviation career as a teenager working on her Commercial and Flight Instructor Pilot Certificates and later served as an F-15 avionics technician in the United States Air Force and has since accumulated more than 3,600 flight hours.
