While these Guidelines are generally applicable globally, some Guidelines may differ by jurisdiction. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes. Below, you will find our current list of prohibited content. Please note that the list (and the illustrated examples) isn't exhaustive, and we may add to it or amend it at any time, so it is important that you frequently check for modifications.
Under the Terms of Service, Eventbrite reserves the right to remove your content from the Services if Eventbrite believes in its sole discretion that it violates the Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason. Similarly, Eventbrite reserves the right to deny or remove your ad campaign if Eventbrite believes in its sole discretion that it violates any of the above terms, policies or guidelines, or for any other reason. Eventbrite’s curated Discovery Feed and Ads product are available exclusively for events that appeal to a general audience. We employ a sophisticated AI-powered system that evaluates event descriptions to determine Discovery Feed and Eventbrite Ads eligibility.
NOTE: These Ad Content Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Eventbrite Ads Terms of Service. Capitalized terms in these Ad Content Guidelines not otherwise defined here have the same definitions that we use in the Eventbrite Ads Terms of Service and Terms of Service.
