My intention for this session is to bring you back to your calm state and prepare your mind to tackle anything that comes along in this new week.
Session's structure: We will be using a breathing technique called Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) to help you unlock a deeper sense of well-being. I have experienced the most calming and deep experiences myself with this technique and my mission is to share it with as many people who are willing to just breathe and feel - no expectations attached!

- Meditation to get ourselves present and in the space.
- Breathwork for around 35-45 minutes.
