-Learn how to use mindfulness principles to cope with symptoms of Parkinson’s Practice in a safe and supportive small group class
-Learn from specially trained instructors
-Improve breathing, balance, strength, flexibility, mood, and more
-Calm your nervous system
-Move at your own pace
-Bring your mobility aid if you use one
-Yoga mats will be supplied

Research on small group yoga classes for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease indicates that students experience less stress and stiffness, improved posture, strength, balance, and sleep, more social support, and a greater sense of well-being.
