Welcome to the Women's Wellbeing Event! Join us for a day of self-care and empowerment at Total Fitness Wilmslow. This event is all about putting yourself first and focusing on your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. From laughing yoga sessions to bring out your fun - loving inner child energy, to transformational mindset coaching, where we will make long lasting changes to our headspaces, we've got you covered. Come and connect with like-minded souls and leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Whether this is your first wellness event, or your 30th, there is something for everyone. . .

We are pulling out all of the stops for our last wellness event of the year and providing you with the best healers, teachers and facilitators available to bring the transformative power.

This day has been specifically designed to equip you with the skills to become your happiest, most healed version of yourself, set in the beautiful location of Cheshire, we feel this is our best venue yet.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely, we have lots of people come solo. We love this, you are surrounded by like minded souls with similar intentions to yourself, please feel free to come solo.

I am thinking of travelling down but it might be too far?

We have clients who travel multiple hours to attend our events, the venue is super functional and there are toilets, changing facilities, gym facilities, and an on site cafe for refreshments throughout the whole day. Perhaps book a hotel and a meal out to celebrate post event?

I've never been to an event before, I'm worried it won't be my thing?

We have so many first timers at all our events, who then return event after event. We are sure you will love the day, but rest assured, you only take part in what you want to, and you are free to come and go or leave at any time during the day, you are a free soul!
