Not at all! The Get Tae Club is designed for women at all stages of their personal journey. Many of our members are first-timers who were nervous before their first session and now keep coming back. We create a welcoming space where everyone belongs, regardless of experience. The only requirement is

"What exactly happens at a typical meetup?"

Accepted Answer

Each meetup follows a gentle but powerful structure. We begin with a welcome circle where everyone can arrive and settle in. We then move into guided meditation to ground ourselves, followed by EFT tapping to release specific limiting beliefs. The highlight is our symbolic fire ritual.

"How large are the groups?"

Accepted Answer

We keep our circles intimate, usually between 8-12 women. This creates enough energy for powerful group work while ensuring everyone feels seen and heard. The small size helps create safety for deeper sharing and connection.

Question 4

"What should I wear/bring?"

Accepted Answer

Come comfortable! Most women wear casual, relaxed clothing they can sit and move easily in.   I recommend bringing water, a notepad and pen to write anything you experience that you don't want to forget.

"Can I bring a friend?"

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many women find it helpful to come with a friend, especially for their first session. We do ask that all attendees register separately so we can maintain our intimate group size and properly prepare for everyone.

"What's the cancellation policy?"

Accepted Answer

Life happens! If you need to cancel, we ask for 48 hours notice so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Unfortunately cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not refundable.
