Ceremony & Ritual have been a part of peoples lives since the very beginning.Rituals are one way to open ourselves up to the divine; to that which is beyond the realm of the every day YET infuses the every day with meaning.
In this world, where technology & consumerism have become holy, we lost something magical. The ability to elevate something into the realm of the sacred. We’ve lost this idea that there is an element of the divine in the world.There is divinity in every being, every object, every breath.
These are not ordinary things to be taken for granted, but ordinary things to be deeply appreciated.Many of us feel disconnected from ourselves, and from the divine and we aren’t sure how to reconnect.
We search for ourselves in worldly things, things we hope will fill that longing in our souls for something more meaningful, but yet it never does.
We can lift an every day act into the realm of the divine by turning it into a sacred ritual.In ceremony we will come together to remind ourselves of the power of simple yet profound rituals.
To remind ourselves of our own power; our power of choice, of devotion, of self-recognition.Of our own divinity that’s right here, right now.
