What's in your hands? How to make the most out of your community

In the session, we explore a collaborative design approach. Where participants learn and use what already exists in a community as the tools to bring economic and social empowerment. By reimagining communities, participants learn to unleash their potential from within.

Earthworks is a group that teaches African architecture and design approaches to stimulate non-linear design strategies. By taking cues from Djenné-Djeno, Earthworks aims to equip participants with unconventional approaches to community development. Through focusing on small areas in London, participants will learn to create innovation strategies that capitalise on major local industries to create an equitable ecosystem.

Join us at the Zaha Hadid Foundation for an interactive session filled with practical model making and design strategy sessions, guiding you how to make a difference right where you are.
