Yes there is plenty of parking outside the venue

Can I bring my baby

Yes of course, we encourage you to bring your baby along on the day. There is plenty of room in the hall and people are free to get up and move around.

Will refreshments be provided?

Yes tea, coffee, herbal teas and water will be provided on the day and people are welcome to get up and move around the room during the session

Will you be discussing allergy

We will briefly mention allergy and will include how to introduce allergy foods to your baby. If you have specific questions about allergy I will be available at the end of the workshop to answer any questions

Are you a Dietitian or a nutritionist

I am a CORU Registered Dietitian with 30 years clinical paediatric experience in the HSE. I am also a trained psychotherapist. CORU Registered Dietitians are the only regulated and registered health care professionals in the Republic of Ireland to advise on food and nutrition

Where is Maree Community Centre

Maree Community Centre is H91 V12C. It is 6 minutes from Oranmore and from Clarenbridge. It is in the center of Maree village next to the National School. There is plenty of free parking. Greally's shop across the road sells tea, coffee, scones, cakes, sandwiches etc
