About our guest speaker, Aidan Reed BSc MRICS FNAEA (Honoured) MARLA :
Rampton Baseley first met Aidan through his role as Propertymark’s expert trainer for HMOs and Licensing.
Aidan has been immersed in Agency for 40 years, one of his passions being HMOs, having run a student lettings agency alongside his other Lettings and Sales business between 2005 and 2015.
Having sold these businesses, he then invested in a high-end portfolio in Loughborough.
Aidan remains hands-on with these properties and is still involved in front-line sales with a small bespoke agency, Reed and Baum in the Midlands
About Rampton Baseley:
Joel Baseley and Patrick Rampton founded their agency in 2008, in the eye of the global financial crisis, setting the tone for strong and resilient growth over the following 17 years.
Today, our four offices cover Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, Tooting, Balham, Streatham, Earlsfield, Wimbledon Park and Southfields and we are widely known for being market leaders around the commons where we have 50% market share.
Staunchly independent, we are most proud of the fact that the vast majority of our business comes from recommendations or loyal clients.
Rampton Baseley is widely recognised as one of Southwest London’s leading lettings agencies, managing a large and diverse portfolio - from period houses to brand-new developments - led by a team of experts averaging over a decade of experience each, offering clear, practical advice on the ever-evolving legislation shaping the private rented sector.
