About this event

We're stripping it back to basics for a fresh start in this wild world of wellness. WALK, RUN, FLY is an inclusive exercise class designed for people who find exercise overwhelming and/or uninspiring.

This is an inclusive space where learning and exploration is supported by friendly and knowledgable coaching.

By focussing on the fundamentals of exercise in a playful context you’ll learn to feel empowered in your body, and build confidence with movement. All with the guidance of the supportive, trauma-informed, queer P.E. teacher your younger self deserved.

The goal is to feel more competent and at ease in your body’s capacity for movement and help you galvanize your relationship with exercise. The aim is to equip you with the self-belief and confidence to be able to go forth and enjoy the thrill of movement, just for the sake of it.

WALK, RUN, FLY is designed for complete beginners, however, is open to all experience levels.

WALK, RUN, FLY is for anybody who is comfortable in an environment that centres the experience of queer and LGBTQ+ people.

FAQ's

I'm not LGBTQ+, can I still join?

Yes, you can! As long as you are an ally and support the centering of queer experiences in this space.


If I've been before can I come again?

Each class will be different, please do come to more than one class if you enjoy yourself


I want to come but I can't afford it right now, is there an option for me?

Every class has 3x free places available. If you would like to have one of these free places please send me an email at trainwithtaliabrighton@gmail.com and I'll send it over

Hi There! I'm Talia, a queer personal trainer specialising in trauma-informed wellbeing practices.

By creating safe and supportive spaces for queer individuals to explore movement and overcome barriers, I am able to help them achieve new heights in their health and wellness journey.

I am committed to meeting each individual where they are at, and working collaboratively to support them in achieving their goals and cultivating a positive relationship with movement and exercise. We will celebrate triumphs, voice concerns, re-learn positive self talk, and embrace our differences.
