What to wear? What do you need?

Comfortable clothes, ideally from organic materials if possible, bear foot.

You need a yoga mat, yoga block (if not books will do), bolster( cushions will do also, rolled blankets and towels also will do), blanket. You can have a strap handy, in some classes will be useful for some.

Advice

Have no dinner before class, if you need to eat have a small snack.
