As AI continues to revolutionise industries, companies must develop a robust strategy to protect their innovation and intellectual property. This event will explore the importance of AI governance, risk management, and ethical considerations, ensuring that businesses not only stay ahead in AI adoption but also safeguard their competitive edge.

We will be joined by John Clarke, Chief Technology Officer of Global Freight Solutions Limited. John will share insights in to Global Freight Solutions' journey, navigating acquisitions as a CTO, and how AI can enhance service delivery without losing the human touch.

We will also be joined by Dorothy Agnew, Legal Director at Broadfield Law UK LLP. Dorothy will lead a session on how to protect intellectual property in AI applications, from generative AI to ownership rights. She'll explore the different types of IP, steps companies can take to secure and safeguard their AI innovations, and how to reduce the risk of infringement when training AI models. Plus tackling the complex question - who really owns AI-generated content?
