US Open Dallas: Info For Day Shoppers and Spectators - Not a Ticket

ATTENTION: YOU DO NOT NEED TO PURCHASE THIS TICKET IF YOU INTEND TO OBSERVE GAMES OR SHOP AT THE US OPEN. This page exists to help answer questions regarding which tickets you should purchase. Again, you are not required to purchase this ticket in order to spectate games or shop the store at the US Open

The information presented below will help you make a decision on what kind of ticket you should purchase! For your convenience, we have included links in each section. You may also navigate to those individual events by returning to the Collection for this US Open.

The Hobby Challenge is a great option (and the least expensive one!) to experience the US Open! We recommend the Hobby Challenge for anyone attending the US Open that does not want to participate in every aspect of the event or may be looking to kill some time between activities!

For attendees that are looking to take in all that the US Opens have to offer without having to commit to a full weekend of gaming, we have our Experience Pass! This is a new offer available for the 2024 US Open Series. This grants you access to the event, as well as participation in wide variety of activities including, but not limited to:

• Entrance into our Friday to Saturday Night 40k Combat Patrol Tournament (please select the add on ticket for Combat Patrol during checkout, so we can accurately plan!)
• One Event Exclusive Miniature of your choice
• Full access to our Hobby Area, including Paint and Take and the miniature repair area!
• The US Open Painting Competition - bring a model or unit and compete for the title of Hobby Champion!
• The Warhammer Board Game Lounge
• The Warhammer Video Game Lounge
• The Warhammer Pin Map
• Guess the Squigs / Nurglings (dependent on which ones the Events team is able to physically wrange prior to the event!)
• Warhammer Photo Op Station

In addition, the Experience also includes an Open Play ticket (previously $50) and the Hobby Challenge (previously $45)

For players looking to test their competitive mettle, we recommend one of our Grand Tournaments (Kill Team, Age of Sigmar, Warhammer 40,000), the Underworlds Grand Clash, or Blood Bowl Events.

If you’re looking for a more casual gaming experience, we recommend the Warhammer 40,000 Narrative!

Finally, we have our Hobby Masterclass’ and Academy of Paint. The Hobby Masterclass’ are each an in depth dive focusing on dramatically increasing your hobby skills across a wide range of techniques. The Academy of Paint is an intensive two day painting seminar intended for attendees that want to enter high level painting competitions in the future, like Golden Demon! Purchase tickets to all three for an incredible long weekend that will result in a massive increase in your hobby prowess!

One last note! All events that cost more than $100 for a single ticket include the Experience Pass (with the exception of the Hobby Challenge, which is only included with the Experience Pass or when purchased separately!
