About this event

Each class includes a kriya and meditation to help us work on energetic blocks and bring us back into our flow.

No previous experience with kundalini or any other types of yoga is needed, and the class is open to all ability levels. This is 75 minutes for you to connect with your authentic self.

Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle (there is a refill station in the studio).

Props, if needed, are available at the centre. Blankets are also provided for the long relaxation.
