Get ready to push your limits, build resilience, and be part of an incredible community. We’ll kick off at UNTIL Soho and ruck our way to and around Hyde Park, covering 5–10km with weighted backpacks (recommended weight: 5–20kg). Along the way, expect PT elements to test your endurance, so come prepared to sweat!

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

An empty backpack, water bottle, and comfortable clothing to sweat and workout in.

What time does the ruck actually start?

We will be aiming to head off no later than 3:15pm so please arrive at 3pm to load up your pack with weights and run through the instructions.

When will we get back from the ruck?

We will be rucking for no longer than 2.5 hours. On the day, we will ensure to pick a route and distance length that caters for all fitness levels and abilities.

Can I come along for the walk without weights?

Yes, however you will not earn a GORUCK X UNTIL velcro patch.

What do the PT elements of the ruck involve?

Along the way, we will stop at certain points to complete the PT elements. This will involve a variety of ruck exercises including squats, push-ups, thrusters, lunges, deadlifts, burpees, planks, mountain climbers. Once the PT element is complete we carry on with the ruck.
