Unique Concerts are touring a selection of the UK’s Premier Cathedrals and Minsters, many of which are over 500 years old. Prepare to be transported to a world of immersive entertainment, performed within the most unusual of settings, beneath intricate vaulted ceilings, and surrounded by striking gothic architecture.
New for 2024 is our 70's Disco Fever Show, which features the voice and original recordings of the Legendary Emperor Roscoe, who hosted Radio Caroline, Radio Luxembourg, and the early days of Radio 1. It is guaranteed to bring back memories of the disco hits of the 70's, delivered in such a way that when you shut your eyes you are transported back to a time of pirate radio, disco nightclubs, and listening to your transistor radio late at night. The combination of flickering LED candles, unique ‘Coldplay’ style audience LED wrist bands, and an exceptional disco lighting display, creates a unique added WOW factor that guarantees to make this an extraordinary evening, and a night to remember.
The concert is performed by the international multi-award winning Julia Martin, and her fellow musicians. It delivers an authentic 70’s disco experience, providing an amazing visual and vocal evening of entertainment, that no disco fan will want to miss. Dress to impress, dig out the flares and platform shoes, and be prepared to boogie all night, this non-stop rendition of the greatest music hits of the 70’s Disco Era is guaranteed to get you dancing in the aisles.

Julia Martin makes this show her own, catapulting it to the top of the UK’s 70’s tribute list. After performing on Sky Television Julia was described as ‘Phenomenal & Outstanding’, and the show has received standing ovations wherever it appears.

AUTISM UNSEEN
This event is part of a nation-wide tour of Cathedrals and Minsters which is a Unique Concerts fundraising initiative for the Autism Unseen Tall Ships Challenge. Within this challenge teams of autistic and special needs young adults will be recruited to crew and sail a 70' challenger racing yacht around the UK (Further information can be found at www.autismunseen.org).

We apologise but we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our ticket sales. If you hold a ticket and are unable to attend you can pass or sell this ticket onto a third party. The ticket cannot be re-sold above its face value.
Please email (boxoffice@uniqueconcerts.co.uk) to discuss wheelchair / ambulant / carer spaces prior to purchase. Due to the age and nature of the building we have very limited spaces. Wheelchair guests may be refused entry if we are not made aware prior to the purchase of a ticket.
Yes, all Unique Concert shows are suitable for child viewing.
Yes, Halifax Minster provides a bar service prior to the start of the show and during the interval.
With the exception of bottled water, no drinks are allowed to be brought into the Minster.
Minsters and Cathedrals can be cold during the autumn and winter months and we would suggest to wrap-up warm.
