Pensions is a key topic for trade unions and its members. There is no expectation that you need to know anything regarding pensions as this course is will provide an overview of the pensions structure in Britain. This course will help union representatives to discuss pensions with members. The course covers 4 main areas, pensions jargon, state pension, workplace pensions and dealing with queries. This is a 3 day course.
