With the summer and BBQ firmly in mind, you'll be learning the art of pairing the perfect steak with the finest wines while enjoying a hands-on experience.
Steak does not always demand a red wine, in fact, rose and even some whites can be a better pairing experience. Victoria will show some alternatives to a heavy red and steak and introduce some of the nuances to food and wine matching.
