This is not a conference. Tru is an unconference. An unconventional meeting of minds and innovations for the talent and recruitment community.

There are no speakers, badges or presentations.

Instead, we have tracks (facilitated discussions) and track leaders, who we have invited to initiate and lead a 30-minute discussion around a topic they are experts in or have a serious interest in.

Anyone can contribute to the tracks, offer an opinion, ask questions, tell a story or even direct the track to a brand-new topic.
