Yoga with Jay and partner Rosie (etherial.immersions) are coming together for the first time to offer you a unique experience to unleash your inner warrior!
Jay will guide you through a 60min yoga flow incorporating yoga postures and tribal movements, you’ll move rhythmically to deep routed, ancestral, tribal beats, get swept away in the moment, feeling empowered and grounded! There’s also a strong breathing (pranayama) practice throughout, you'll be encouraged to fully let go and be your true primal self!
Rosie will then take you on a deep 60 minute sound journey with an array of healing frequencies. Tapping into ancestral energy using crystral bowls and her unique voice, you'll be taken on a euthroic and transformational journey that will nourish the soul. Finishing with organic cleansing herbs and cocoa or tea elixirs ✨
We recommend some prior knowledge and experience of yoga for this event, not suitable for total beginners.
