Q: What do I need to bring?

Please make sure to take a big water bottle with you, and wear comfortable clothes for a full day of activities. We strongly recommend wearing boots and clothes that you wouldn't mind getting dirty. We will provide all the rest of the equipment such as gloves or shovels.

Are the activities very physical?

We will have a range of activities that range from tree planting, to surveys, meditation, alpacas walking and more. On arrival, we'll split into groups to make sure everyone is happy with their daily activities.

You can either pay via Eventbrite or via bank transfer to avoid any fees. Please contact us on partnerships@thetreeapp.org for any questions.

How do we get to the planting site?

Accepted Answer

The planting site is a 25min car ride from Northampton or 40min bus ride. Or try to coordinate with other attendees for carpooling.

Question 6

What are the reimbursement policies?

Accepted Answer

If you can't make it to the event for personal or company reasons, we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse you. If Treeapp has to move the event because of weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will either reimburse your contribution (minus 5% handling feeds) or offer a different date
