A Saturday morning workshop teaching you how to Ground your energy system and deeply access the healing energy of trees to regulate your energy system.
Allow yourself to be guided to improve Grounding, Breathing and Intuitive Movement with Tree Energy to increase awareness, calmness and clarity. Learn simple ways of dealing with stress, emotional overwhelm, poor digestion, interrupted sleeping patterns and anxiety.
In this workshop you will be receiving VortexHealing® to bring into your system an energetic quality that resonates with the Earth to support your grounding practice. Your ‘grounding cord’ will also be repaired as it is often broken at around 5 years of age.
This 2.5 hour workshop is designed to be accessible and affordable for all. Joining costs just £25 plus booking fee. It is held at privately owned woodlands of Penn Meadow Farm in south Buckinghamshire.
You will lean how to connect your breath to the Earth to release the build-up of emotional charge and discover how to become embodied by Tree Energy.
Suitable for all from the age of 10 onwards. Access to the woodland is through walking on uneven ground. The workshop starts at 09:30AM and ends around 12:00 midday.
