This workshop is designed for Nursery staff & other professionals working in Early Years in Camden who support children with additional needs, and is ran by Occupational Therapists from the Child Development Team.
It is ESSENTIAL that you have view our training videos BEFORE you attend this live discussion workshop on zoom.
We have created 7 short videos of about 10 minutes each, with a total viewing time of 1 hour 15 minutes. In these videos you will learn how to support children at all different stages of toilet training, using the 5-steps approach. It will include resources and a structure for you to use in your settings. The links to the videos will be emailed to you when you sign up and you can watch them at any time, either in parts or all together
This live workhop Tuesday 9th July 1.00-2.30p.m, will give you the chance to discuss, in small groups, with an Occupational Therapist, how to apply what you have learnt in the training videos, think about the setting you work in, the children you support and any challenges you are having.
