I fod neu beidio, y grefft o gymhelliant - (Uned 383 - Defnyddio adnoddau cyfathrebu i gefnogi canlyniadau unigol)

Ymunwch â ni ar un o'r dyddiadau:

  • Dydd Iau, 19 Hydref 2-3:30pm
  • Dydd Mawrth, 5 Rhagfyr 10-11:30am

(*Noder uchafswm o 2 berson o bob canolfan fesul gweithdy)

Mae angen cymhelliant er mwyn gwireddu neu gyflawni canlyniadau. Gall Gweithwyr Gofal Cymdeithasol chwarae rhan allweddol i hwyluso cymhelliant yr unigolion y maent yn eu cefnogi i gyflawni canlyniadau sy'n bwysig iddynt.

Bydd y gweithdy hwn yn archwilio’r ystod o offer, fframweithiau, a ffyrdd o gyfathrebu’n effeithiol i gefnogi’r gwaith hwn a thrafod cymhwysiad ymarferol mewn sefyllfaoedd gwaith.

Ar gyfer pwy?

Mae'r sesiwn wedi'i thargedu at ddarparwyr dysgu (darlithwyr, tiwtoriaid, aseswyr a dilyswyr y cymwysterau iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol), cyflogwyr o fewn gofal cymdeithasol a'r rhai o fewn awdurdodau lleol sydd â chyfrifoldebau am gefnogi dysgu a datblygiad y sector.

Mae'r sesiwn o fudd i'r rhai sy'n cefnogi cymwysterau iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol L2 a L3 ond gall fod o fudd i eraill hefyd.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn cael ei gynnal ar Zoom. Anfonir y ddolen atoch y diwrnod cyn y digwyddiad os ydych wedi cofrestru.

To be or not to be, the art of motivation - (Unit 383 - Using Communication tools to support individual outcomes)

Join us on one of these dates:

  • Thursday 19th October 2 -3:30pm
  • Tuesday 5th December 10-11:30am

Realising or achieving outcomes requires motivation. Social Care Workers can play a key role to facilitate motivation in the individuals they support to reach outcomes that matter to them.

This workshop will explore the range of tools, frameworks, and ways to communicate effectively to support this work and discuss practical application in work situations.

Who is it for?

The session is targeted towards learning providers (lecturers, tutors, assessors and verifiers of the health and social care qualifications), employers within social care and those within local authorities who have responsibilities for supporting the learning and development of the sector.

The session benefits those supporting the L2 and L3 health and social care qualifications but may also benefit others.

This event will be held on Zoom. You will be sent the joining link the day before the event if you have registered.
