About this event

About the Program

Learn about Adam’s journey with Type 1 Diabetes (an invisible, chronic condition), as he navigates returning to school, playing with friends, and continue doing the things he loves. Learn about who helped him along the way - and how we can show kindness and lend a helping hand to those around us.

This event is the formal launch of Ang Mo Kio Library’s Dec 2022 Art Exhibition, “Through The T1D Looking Glass”. The programme includes:

  • Introduction to Type 1 Diabetes (T1D)
  • Storytelling by the authors of “My Name Is Adam. I Have Type 1 Diabetes”
  • Sharing about the art exhibition

Note: storytelling will be in English.

Free registration, limited slots, first-come-first-served.
