As part of a Professional Diploma in Group Sound Arts Therapy with The British Academy of Sound Therapy, I am calling for people to take part in my case study sessions.

Soundscape is a piece of art in sound. In this session, we will be creating U-shaped soundscape designed to release tention and to tune our bodies to a healthier energetic vibration.

You will work collectively as a group and together decide on how the soundscape will progress, choose the instruments to express different shapes and colours, create a simple score and then perform the soundscape together at the end.

The therapeutic process here is in communication, social interaction, creativity, being in the present moment, and having fun!

Sessions are offered at a minimum cost, covering only the venue hire expenses, as I work towards my qualification.

Andrea Kmecova is a versatile pianist performing as a soloist, vocal and instrumental accompanist, and chamber musician based in London. Her professional work encompasses classical recitals, private events, recording sessions, cruise ship engagements and interactive therapeutic concerts in care homes and hospitals. Andrea is also the founder and director of Piano Maestros, private piano academy based in Charlton, London SE7.
