About this event

You will be working with Tracey, a multi-award winning practioner who specialises in Women's health and is on a mission to help them bust midlife distress; particularly traumatic experiences, overwhelm and stress, which may start to unravel during Menopause, impacting on quality of life.

Over 3 decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist, has been married together with Coaching skills, Complementary Therapies and Remedial Hypnosis, to work with you, using a whole person heart-centred approach to health, wellness and happiness.

Tracey will work 1:1 with you as a Therapeutic coach for 1-3 sessions. You will work on your holitic health that may include: managing menopause symptoms, sleep health, relaxation and meditation and managing stress and achieving balance.
What is Therapeutic Coaching?

Therapeutic coaching draws on various theories of coaching, counselling, psychology, CBT and somatic awareness, to support you and meet you where you are at. As your coach, I will walk alongside you, listening, questioning, and guiding you to connect with yourself using curiosity, so YOU can find the answers you are looking for. It is a heart centred trauma sensitive approach to help women heal.

Accessible to all women. Follow up sessions available by arrangement and pre-booking via eventbrite.

Your sessions will be in the front space at Revival in a private booth.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a booked appointment, please ensure you cancel your ticket on eventbrite. This shows respect for our practitioners time and will allow someone else to have the chance of booking for this valuable opportunity.
