Welcome to The Unlocking Leadership Capital Programme with Mark Pritchard. This is a flagship programme to supercharge your leadership. The Unlocking Leadership Programme will support participants to think, act & feel (more) like leaders.
Research-informed design principles, alongside professional facilitation, bring about growth & change in leaders at all levels.
This is a powerful programme that develops self-awareness, contextual acuity, & key leadership skills in individual & groups.
Programme participants gain access to all of the following:
- 6 x 75-minute Leadership Capital Workshops throughout the year
- 3 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions
- 3 x Leadership Capital Webinars
- Year-long intersessional activities to boost leadership learning
- A diverse cohort of leaders, fostering supportive, long-lasting relationships
