The Movement Reset Retreat: One Day Edition

A new kind of movement retreat — built for people who want more than a quick fix.

This one-day retreat is designed for active people who are tired of repeating the same rehab cycles, feeling stuck in their body, or not getting long-term results — even though they train, move, and do everything “right.”

It’s grounded in 20+ years of physiotherapy, movement coaching, and performance work.
You’ll walk away with tools that work, a clearer understanding of your body, and a new sense of confidence in how you move.

Frequently asked questions

I have never done pilates before or used a reformer, can I still come?

Yes. This retreat is designed for people of all experience levels. You’ll be guided through everything step by step, with a focus on awareness and control — not choreography or perfection. No previous Pilates experience needed.

Do I need to be injured or in pain to attend?

Not at all. This retreat isn’t about fixing problems , it’s about understanding your body better, building resilience, and learning tools that support how you move every day, whether you’re training hard or just feeling stuck.

Will this be intense or physically challenging?

The day is structured to challenge your thinking more than your body. You’ll move with purpose, not intensity. It’s about quality over quantity, exploring patterns, not pushing limits.
