Join us for a 15km hike starting at Ramsgate, along the beautiful Kentish Coast, stopping at Botany Bay for a picnic lunch and ending at a micropub in Margate for drinks/ live music!

Event Schedule:
10:30am -11:00am - Meet outside Ramsgate train station to meet your fellow hikers and enjoy some pastries/breakfast snacks courtesy of Waypoint Crew! We're expecting around 30-35 people to attend this event.
11:00am - We depart at 11:00am sharp. If you’re running late then please contact Bethany Robb at Waypoint Crew (07713636371) and we can share our live location en route.
1:30pm (ish) - Stopping for a picnic lunch by the beautiful Botany Bay!
3:30pm - 4:30pm - Well-deserved micropub stop at Harbour Arms in Margate for drinks/live music and a stunning view. Be prepared to stand with takeaway drinks by the sea (drinks not included).

5:00pm onwards - For those wanting to stay a little longer in Margate, we can have Fish & chips/pizza/takeaway of your choice by the beach (drinks/food not included). Please purchase your return train ticket from Margate Train Station to head back to London. If you parked in Ramsgate, you can easily catch a bus/taxi from Margate to your car.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled. If you can no longer attend, you're more than welcome to sell your ticket to someone else, however, please email us if you do so.

Absolutely! Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a first-time explorer, our community is designed to welcome everyone with open arms. Since we're recently launching, the majority of our community members will be in the same boat—excited to meet other like-minded outdoorsy people!
If you're 18 or over and live in and around London, you're invited to this event. Our diverse crew welcomes all genders with an average age range of 20-45. You don't need to be mega fit, but be prepared for a reasonably long hike!
Lunch and water are a must! Bring lots of water, especially if the weather turns warm. We'll provide pastries and breakfast snacks. We'll stop by Botany Bay, so make sure you bring a packed lunch with you and any additional snacks!
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Dogs will need to go on leads when walking through livestock or near roads.
Yes and pack light! Opt for a comfortable backpack and keep your load minimal, especially considering the steep hills along the route.
Dress comfortably and practically! Hiking gear, walking boots, or comfy trainers are perfect. Flip flops might be a great for the end if your feet get tired. Given the unpredictable English weather, bring extra layers and a waterproof jacket just in case.
Travel is not included, so make your own way to the starting point (Ramsgate Train Station) which is an easy journey from London. If you're driving, there is plenty of car parking in Ramsgate near the train station. Please make sure you book your train return journey from Margate.
