The Hero’s Journey Intensive: An introduction

If so, then this might be the right time for you to take your first step towards The Hero’s Journey, a 6-day in-person experiential retreat designed to catapult you toward living your heart’s truest desire. This powerful and unique retreat draws on techniques from Gestalt therapy, bodywork, parts work and mindfulness/meditation, and follows the arc of the archetypal Hero’s Journey, a blueprint for expansive inner growth. Each group of Journeyers is guided far beyond cognitive insights into the rich terrain of the inner world to explore the ultimate human conflict: true aliveness versus safety. As you connect to both the part of you that holds your deepest longing and the part of you that holds you back from truly moving toward it, you are supported to surrender to the magic that unfolds when these forces no longer need to operate against each other, but instead are harnessed together in a common direction.

As the first step towards this journey, this webinar gives you a taste of some of the practices you can expect to encounter during the intensive, as well as introducing the archetypal ‘map’ for transformation.
