A spin class is a low impact group cycling session on a stationary bike, done to music - amazing music at that! If you've never done spinning before, no problem - you're in great hands. We'll make sure you're all set on the bikes and ready to enjoy!

As this event includes exercise, please come dressed in athleisure or bring it with you to get changed. There's lockers on site as well so you can keep you belongings safe. There are also showers if you want to freshen up afterwards.

What is the closest station?

Elephant and Castle is the closest station to Gymbox. As you come out of the station, turn left and continue on to New Kent Road and Gymbox is on the right hand side with escalator access.

Is there parking nearby?

There is, but it's few and far between. On surrounding roads, it's free at 6:30pm.

The classes will include bright and potential flashing lights, if you suffer from epilepsy, we advise not attending this class to avoid discomfort.
