Welcome to The Gathering by Aisling Larkin.

Indulge in the enchanting experience of The Gathering by Aisling Larkin, where each gathering is centred around thoughtfully selected, seasonal, and delectable ingredients. Join us for an evening of culinary delight and experience unlike any other.

From a beautiful, lush and plentiful little island here in Ireland, Aisling cherishes Irish producers, flavours and produce and believes that great food is the soul of every social gathering. Our commitment to conscious and considered dining ensures that each experience is not only delicious but also brings people together to connect and hopefully we leave a more positive footprint as we go. Aisling proudly celebrates Irish producers, crafting menus that reflect her dedication to freshness, locality, and seasonality.

Each evening will begin with an aperitif and delightful grazing boards filled with smoked almonds, nocellara olives, focaccia & whipped butter to name a few delights. This will be followed by an enlightening cookery demonstration aimed at nourishing both body and soul. Then we will move down to the candlelit private dining room to enjoy interesting conversations with new and old friends as we savour our 3-course meal.

This event is not suitable for vegans, dietary restrictions will be accommodated where possible but this is not always guaranteed.

Event Time: Arrival at 6.30 pm and finished at 9.30 pm.
