About this event

The English Series: Session 2 - Developing Phonics

During the second session of the English Series delegates will develop their knowledge of phonics and learn how to support children in the classroom.

The morning will be spent understanding the essential components of phonic aquisition, understanding how to diagnose and assess phonic development and learn more about the role of teaching assistants and moving children on with their phonics development.

This session is suitable for all teaching assistants whether you are at the start of your career or have many years of experience. All delegates will spend the morning thinking about the children they work with and will take away something new.
