In our first Reflection, Healing, and Movement Series at The Dance Complex, Melissa Buffer, MSPT, CNPT, moderates a 60 minute active discussion and movement workshop, designed to help folks reconnect to the center of the body. A strong center connection allows all of our body systems to work together in the most efficient way. This harmony sets the stage for optimal healing, ultimate resiliency, and fuels a safe transition back to full performance mode.
