This week is about what happens after the storm, when the system settles, but the calibration is still wrong.
Because when you’ve been running in survival or sprint mode for too long, your body normalizes speed... and mistakes stillness for danger.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
• How to detect when your “baseline” is actually burnout in disguise
• The 3-level recalibration map: body, breath, and bandwidth
• A 7-minute reset you can apply mid-week to bring your system back online
