Colleges recognise the indispensable role of Advanced Practitioners (AP) in driving successful quality improvement initiatives. These endeavors, be they projects, innovative ideas, or streamlined processes crafted by the AP team, often illuminate previously unnoticed areas. Yet, the challenge lies in disseminating these insights and projects throughout the organisation to foster lasting cultural shifts. How can we ensure that the collective thoughts, ideas, and opinions of the group, akin to a big hive of activity, consistently influence and shape the organisational landscape? Please join us to network and share.

We will be joined by special guest, Sammy White. The morning will focus on digital pedagogy and what this looks like in practice. Hear from colleagues who are at various stages of the journey with this work.

If you would like a slot to share something from your organisation at the event, please contact Kathryn Pogson, kpogson@kirkleescollege.ac.uk.

The afternoon will focus on thinking and planning time in order to move forward with this work.

The day event will conclude at 3.30pm. Between 3.45pm-5.30pm we will be having project presentations from our second cohort of Aspiring Advanced Practitioners at Kirklees College. You are invited to stay with us to hear all about the work they have been doing and celebrate their achievements.

Refreshments provided throughout the day including lunch, please advise of any food allergies or access requirements for the day.

If you are booking for a more than one person at your organisation, please book one place through this page and email kpogson@kirkleescollege.ac.uk with the number of places required for colleagues. Many thanks.

F ull programme to follow. We look forward to welcoming you.
