About this event

• Would you like to understand more about the developments your brain goes through during adolescence and some skills and strategies to help you manage?

• Have you ever wondered why it is difficult to control your emotions?

• Do you want to learn more about how the adolescent brain works and how it links to decision making and managing your emotions?

If you have answered yes to these questions, Daniella Drakos and Naomi Rogers (Dramatherapists) would like to invite you to a FREE 3-day educational and creative workshop where we will be exploring how your brain works in a fun and creative way- using group activities, music, drama and movement!

The workshop will run for 3 hours, from 11 am - 1 pm on:

  • Monday 31st of July (31/07/2023)
  • Tuesday 1st of August (01/08/2023)
  • Wednesday 2nd of August (02/08/2023)

This Workshop is open to students who will be attending Schools that partner with the Wandsworth Education Wellbeing Service. (Ark Putney Academy, Aschroft Technology Academy, Bolingbroke Academy, Burntwood School, Chestnut Grove Academy, Ernest Bevin Academy, Graveney School, Harris Academy Battersea, Southfields Academy, Saint Cecilia's CofE School, St John Bosco College)

Please discuss with your young person and get their consent before signing them up to the workshops. The expectation is that they are present for all 3 workshops.
