"Tell me the Stories of Jesus" - Worship Workshop
You are invited to this worship workshop looking at “Preaching The Parables” in worship.
Whether you are a preacher, pianist, poet or painter:
Whether you are a reader, writer, or ringer of small bells:
Whether you are a minister, musician, mime artist or magician's assistant:
If you want to worship God, using your God-given gifts then you are invited!
An active group-based workshop using preaching, musical and other creative gifts to produce and present short acts of worship using the parables from the Gospels. Each group will be presented with a parable with which to create a time-based act of worship using all the skills available within the group before presenting it at the end of the day as we come together in a closing act of worship.
Led by local preacher Barry Speddings with musical and technical support drawn from within the circuit. It is hoped that the day will be fun, creative, informative and enjoyable for everyone.
Drinks will be available from 9.30 am at Frome Wesley ready for a prompt 10 am start. A soup lunch will be available halfway through with further hot drinks at the end of the day. Parking is available in the church car park (Sat Nav BA11 1EU)
